I love Valentine’s Day. I love love. It’s fun to celebrate those you love, starting with yourself. Because, baby, you deserve the love you are trying to give the world. Let’s start off this Valentine’s Day week by celebrating ourselves. Here are ten self-care/ treat-yo-self items to spoil yourself with this week:

Adult coloring books are a fun way to relax. There is such a wide variety of books too! There are ones with pretty flowers, ones with inspirational quotes, and ones with some choice words. Whichever coloring book you choose, the act of sitting down and coloring is sure to relax you.

When you’re sitting there coloring, set a timer, and get your face mask on!

While you are sitting there coloring, face mask on, throw on a pair of fuzzy socks! They are so cozy! The ones with shea, the COMFIEST!

When you’re sitting there coloring, you’ll obviously need a snack. The speciality shaped Reese’s are where it’s at. They are fresher and more delicious. You’ll need six, at least.

The candy will probably make you thirsty, just reach over to your new reusable water bottle and take a big swig. Get your drink on, girl!

When you decide to come out of your coloring book, zen coma, you need to feel gooooooood! What better way to feel good than with glitter eyeshadow. It’s life changing.

  1. Movie Passes

Don’t waste that glitter eyeshadow, head to the movies, the glitter will shine even in the dark theater!

  1. Essential Oils

When you come home from the movies, get your diffuser going. A good essential oil mix can be instantly calming.

After your diffuser is going, get cozy again, and curl up with a new book. Get lost in it.

  1. Relaxation App

Aid in your getting lost process by turning on some calming music or a relaxation app and get to sleep! Sleep is the BEST for self-care and healing.
