Accessories are a HUGE trend right now. I’m all about it! Silk scarves are a fun and easy way to get in on this trend. Plus, they are a pretty cheap option. Most thrift stores have silk scarves for $1-$5. The one I’m featuring today I purchased for just $3. So, without further ado:
Five Ways to Style a Silk Scarf
Tie it around your wrist and wear it as a bracelet. This look would be especially fun at a concert when your hands are up in the air, pumping to the music. This leopard print scarf would look great with a band tee as well.

2. Tie your silk scarf around your handbag. This way to style a scarf works well with pretty much any bag, tote, or crossbody purse. Plus, then the scarf is handy and readily available to style in way number three.

3. When it gets too hot, grab your scarf off your bag and tie your hair up with it! Adding the silk scarf to your ponytail will dress it up a little and while still keeping your neck cool.

4. Another way to use the silk scarf in your hair is to wear it as a headband. Wrap the silk scarf around your head and tie a bow in front. I like to tie mine off the side, but you can tie it wherever you like. You can also change the size of the bow by tucking the scarf ends under the part wrapped around your head.

5. Finally, tie the silk scarf around your neck. This is a great way to transition into fall. This style looks great with or without necklaces. It also looks good with a crew neck or a vneck shirt.

Tell me which style is your favorite and tag me (@karivanning) when you try one out!
